BNHA - Kacchan chibi

I'm not far enough in the reading of the manga to tell which character is my favourite ^{(I'm tending towards the Electric Dork though)}, but the outfit of the Explosive Psycho is gorgeous, a thing that I HAD to draw at least once. So here he is. Appearing less psycho than he should =3=
^{I'm expecting him to scream "rolling thunder" from a moment to another btw - because, you know, the voice actor...}
