TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully.

PAYMENT

I accept EUR or USD via Paypal
I also accept DA points via Commission Widget (if available)
All payment should be made through invoice method. I will invoice you. DO NOT send me any payment.
Payment is due in full up front for any commission.
Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.

ARTIST

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary.
I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.
I reserve the right to decline if I feel that your request is not within my ability to do or if I'm not comfortable drawing it.

COMMISSIONER

The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
You retain the rights to the IP.
You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
Any personal information of the customer WILL NOT be sent to third parties or added to mailing lists. Customer's email will be stored along the invoice for archival completeness purposes only. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION - such as name, age, address, etc.) will be spread in any way; total discretion is guaranteed.

PROCEDURE

Preface. You understand that zero0810 is not working with only your priorities in mind. They will take steps that are time consuming and slow. Please do not commission them if you are looking for fast and timely work.

After payment is received: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.
I will send you the sketch as soon as it's ready. You don't need to give a feedback, unless there is something that needs to be changed. Please send feedback, if needed, within 24 hours.
I accept "description only" commissions. Be aware though that the result can be different from what you expect. To avoid this, provide visual references (can be photos, images from dressup games, whatever)
A full size, no watermark image will be given. I reserve the right to leave a small signature on the drawing that you may not remove.

I DO NOT DRAW

nsfw/fetishes including but not limited to sexual violence, micro/macro, vore, bestiality, milking, incest, backbreaking breasts, inflation/weight gain...
Soft ecchi/fanservice is allowed providing that the private parts are not visible or covered (by clothing, hair, an object placed strategically in the foreground...). You have to be a legal adult to purchase this.
Hardcore gore (Soft gore is allowed).
